Do my customers need to download an app?
No. After one QR scan, the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — the apps already built into every iPhone and Android phone. No download, no account.
How much does Kreward cost?
Kreward is free for up to 50 active cards. Paid plans start at HK$113 per month and scale with your number of active cards. No setup fee — cancel anytime.
How do I add stamps or points?
With the free Kreward staff app for iOS and Android: scan the customer's card at the counter and add a stamp or points in about three seconds. The card on their phone updates instantly.
Which phones and wallets are supported?
All of them. iPhone and Apple Watch via Apple Wallet, and any Android phone via Google Wallet. Cards are true native passes with live updates and lock-screen push notifications.
Which languages and markets does Kreward support?
